Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten you password you will need to Reset Your Password.

Lost Account Details

If you have lost or forgotten your account details you will need to Contact Support giving your e-mail and a contact number. Please put 'Lost Account Details' as e-mail subject.

Problems Activating Account

If you have received you activation e-mail and are having problems activating your account you will need to Contact Support giving your e-mail, a contact number and details of the problem.

If you have not received your activation e-mail within 30 minutes of registering, please check that it hasn't been accidentally put into a junk email folder. If this is not the case please Contact Support giving your e-mail and a contact number.
